Celebrating 2!

     We were so blessed to be able to celebrate you turning two! It easily could have been a bittersweet day, thinking and wondering what your first birthday was like. But instead of thinking of the 'what if's? if only's', we stayed in the now, making up for lost time. It was such a beautiful day. Sunshine. Being surrounded by those who love you. Those who loved you before they knew you. Those who speak truth and love into your life. You loved every minute of it. {Except your cake!} You clapped while we sang. You waived your hands in celebration. You glowed radiant joy. You soak up love like a dry sponge. Something your sweet body has longed for for so long. I'm so thankful we get to be the ones to quench that longing. You are a bright light in a dark world, my love. We love you from here to forever.
