This weekend we celebrated a sweet life to be, a life we're waiting to go get, and a life we've been blessed with for the last 14 months.
Saturday, we started out with the celebration of our soon-to-be nephew, affectionately known as Ferdanand, or Ferdie. I was so excited to plan a day to bless Beth! {and Chip, of course!} It was a relaxed morning of good food, great fellowship and many blessings. Thank you, Beth, for giving me the honor of throwing you your first baby shower! *and many thank you's to Katie Warnock, Lisa, and all who helped make this day super special!
Also, this weekend, we were finally able to get Edna's Tree of Life up in her room! I love the way it turned out, and it's such a humbling feeling to go in there and see all of you who have supported us in our journey to her! Thank you!

Finally, on Sunday, we celebrated Solomon's 2nd birthday! Happy Birthday to our gap toothed, adventurous, always moving, very loving, funny, loud, food loving, 2 year old who happens to be the size of a 4 year old!
