Thursday I finished up level 3 of the 30 Day Shred. I LOVE level 3! There seemed to be more cardio intermixed with the strength training, and I loved it! {This girl needs cardio!} I'm no where near mastering all the exercises of this level, so I think I'm going to continue to do it. Only now, my goal is to add in running as well. I'm hoping to train to participate in
The Color Run. Looks fun, huh!?! Anyways, here are my results for level 3...
Arms- Down about 1/4 of an inch. Ugh. Still not much, but better than nothing. I'm hoping by adding running more cardio will help. {it'll help, right?!? please, someone tell me it'll help!}
Waist- Down another 2 1/2 inches
Hips- Down another 1 1/2 inches
Soooo, here's my total inches lost for the whole 30 days:
Arms- 3/4 inch
Waist- 7 1/4 inches
Hips- 3 1/2 inches
I've loved this work out! I still have a long way to go, but I'm super excited to add running and to keep up this work out and see what happens!
